Yesterday saw the Pre Launch event of the ‘Not Just a Thought…’ project. We at Funplace2b Digital are still in awe at the work these talented young Adults from St Annes RC High school have done to really help make a difference to the young people of todays world, both Nationally and Globally.
These inspirational young adults have worked with lots of professionals from the NHS, Social Care, Education, Police and the Charitable Sector. Together they have created a model to support practitioners, children and young people to work together, to share their thoughts, that will help reduce child abuse.
We were lucky enough to be given the opportunity to help them with this project by setting up the website. It has been a really refreshing and inspiring journey, and we are really proud of this piece of work.
Whilst not 100% complete yet, this website will become a worthwhile tool for the NHS to use in combating child abuse. It will be used by health professionals, young people and their families. Yesterday’s Pre Launch event saw guests from around the country from a variety of backgrounds in Child services, and awards were handed out to the young adults by Anne Coffey MP for Stockport.
